Rugby by far! that sport is f***ing brutal, only you & the Irish play that sh*t lol. Hockey will come 2 since they get super physical in there. Idt really consider American Football to be that tough really.

rugby is weak I had friends that play for a nationally ranked rugby team and all the rules in it limit big hits and that's just lame

i played for a semester because it had less time requirements so it fit into my schedule (I was a spot on my university football team) and I really didn't find it any different then football. it was the same without big hits also football pads are not that thick they protect your faceand your shoulder joints because the rules of football allow big hits. I would think hockey or football would be the toughest the hits in hockey can be brutal but they really do have not traction

i am a football- soccer- player and would say that Rugby is by far the toughest. I am trying to start to play it soon but football is nowhere near as rough as rugby!
