And I weighed myself today again..
I was down to 77.2kg
How did I lose 2kg overnight?

Most likely water weight or your food has digested. Most go to bed will a full stomach and a little bloated and then in the morning all that has moved from the stomach into the digestive track causing your stomach and weight to be smaller.
What time of the day did you weigh yourself when you were 2kg heavier?
Well tbh.. yesterday night around 7pm
Then today afternoon 12pm
That explains why you have dropped weight because you weighed yourself the night before after you ate breakfast lunch and dinner which will make you weigh more on the scales
the best time to weigh yourself is the first thing in the morning before you eat anything and after you have emptied your bladder and bowels
Also sometimes weighing yourself with clothes on can also shows That you weigh heavier than you really are
Oh okay yeah that makes sense
Thanks hun 🙂
Your very welcome
Another thing and this was something I learnt that scales can sometimes also be out by a kg if the scales are on the verge of dying on you and if you don’t have the scales on a floor that is flat and straight it can also make the scales show that you either weigh less or more

If you are not eating food then you are losing weight. As you breathe in oxygen you exhale carbon dioxide; the difference of these two molecules is a carbon atom. While the mass of a carbon atom is negligible it is not nothing; and every breath has thousands of these molecules, which adds up over time. Also our sweat glands are constantly producing sweat; typically our skin reabsorbs it (we get sweaty when we produce it faster than our skin is able to reabsorb it). However, if that sweat evaporates or absorbed by something else then you lose that mass as well. I don't know how you can get as high as 1.9 kg over night; but I wouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth.
If it was the same scale, it might have been water loss via urination since the last weigh in. That and other modes of elimination... If it was a different scale, part of it could be differences in the scale.
Its the same scale
Only have 1 lol
Ah OK! Elimination... You can't burn 2 kg of calories in that short of a time frame. I noticed just overnight last night, that I lost 3 pounds overnight but I peed a lot... LOL...
I'd imagine it was your water weight and/or things like food going through your digestive system that is no longer there. Also, your measuring tool may not be entirely accurate. It could be a number of things.
You had a light dinner
Your weight fluctuates throughout the day
It's just fluid loss, it's very normal.
