Squats will make it rounder, firmer, perkier, nicer to the touch. However your butt will always be proportionate to your body size, so therefore... it can't be 'big' in comparison to you, yourself. Also it's not purely squats, running and hiking are also great, bridges, lying butt lifts, are also very good.
People whose butts can actually be considered 'big', think demi rose. That's not naturally possible, through exercise. She looks lovely, and I'm sure she does exercise, but the only reason her body looks like that is because she gets regular liposuction, especially in her waist area. So her hips in proportion to her waist looks very big, That's one way to do it. It looks overly large. Also, look at kim k's early photos, her butt is gorgeous, round and sexy, but it's not 'big' it's proportionate! At the moment... it's big alright.
Compare these two examples to alexis ren and emily ratajkowski. Their butts are also incredibly famous and beautiful, but not 'big' proportionate!!!
So no... squats can't make your butt BIG like you see on some people. I would advise, to start toning up, and just wait for the results on yourself instead of comparing yourself. You will look good regardless! <3

Squats will train your ass muscles. If you have a fat ass chances are your ass will shrink because even if your muscles grow you will lose fat. If your ass is skinny then it's going to get bigger since so will your muscles.
But the women on the pic is not a good example. The ass on the pic is not a good example. That is not a trained ass, that is simply a girl with a big ass with luck to not have any celulite. It's not firm at all. A ass that squats will be firm and be perky.
It'll tone it and give it more definition and more in shape but it won't make it bigger. The only way it can get bigger is through genetics, butt implants, or putting more weight on.

Its all a big lie. If you watch the pseudo reality show Botched everyone wants to have their asses done. I will never understand the obsession with having an ass that needs its own zip code.
Since squats are quad dominant exercises, you need to make sure that you are engaging your glutes every time. My but got bigger doing banded squats, treadmill on high incline, and leg press. Also hip thrusts, donkey kicks, and squat holds.
Man do I miss the gym 😭Yes it does but not weight (fat). It adds muscles and definition. But remember to always do it with right with correct posture and technique. Doing it the wrong way cause the interior tilt of the pelvic, which may make it seem like it's big but actually is very bad to health and posture.

But yes, squats do make your butt bigger. Assuming you progressively overload and are eating enough, squats will make the Gluteus Maximus muscle larger. Just like any other muscle.
Squatting absolutely will never under any circumstances make your butt smaller. The only things that can do that, are losing fat, or quitting exercise.
Losing fat is good though, a fatty big ass isn't nearly as attractive as a fit big ass. And the restvof your body will be much more attractive with less fat.look at how she is standing. Her butt is not actually that big, She is leaning forward a bit and arching her back.. Dont use Thots like that as a model of what you should look like. Not every one can have a butt like that, and most men simply do not care.
I would prefer that if a girl wants to increase her hip size, she should gain weight in her thighs too so things actually look natural. A big butt is nice, but if she has really small thighs in comparison like the photo in this question, it doesn’t look that good.

It will increase the mass of your glutes. Its called Hypertrophy.
It will certainly change the shape of your butt.It will make it bigger but squats focus primarily on your quads. If you want to grow a big ass, other exercises such as dead lifts that target the glutes will be more effective.
