Can a guy get away with having pale skin in the summer?

I read all these questions asking about tans on guys in general and it seems as though it doesn't make much difference, but in the summer if most people have a tan and I am pale does it still not matter or does it make me look like a sad indoor creep? lol.

Also I don't know if it matters but my personality is quite light hearted and happy but I can be slightly nerdy sometimes too :p

Lol, "sad indoor person" I love it how some think pale people have never seen the light of day because they're fair toned. I have the same problem as you I find it so hard to tan (because of my background and skin type) I'm out side all the time and only burn. Anyways, You can totally get away with having pale skin, who cares. I do it (:

I prefer girls that are more pale throughout 366 days of the year (especially if they have freckles, haha), but according to the common people, having a tan is better, I never understood why.

Maybe he'll be OK if he tried going for the whole goth/vampire thing, but I wouldn't recomend that.

Anyway I can get away with it. Or I did at least. Y'know, In my single days. Though now my girlfriend says she doesn't care much about my looks, so I guess I still get away with it.

are you pale because you ARE a sad indoor person? you can get away with it I suppose but I prefer a guy who looks like he goes outdoors once in a while. you don't have to be bronze or anything, just have a healthy glow

Unfortunately a lot of people can't get a "healthy glow". I myself don't get tans. I burn, and then when the peeling is done, I'm back to pale me.

as long as you don't hide in your basement playing WoW or something all day long, then the pale-ness is fine and nothing to worry about

U won't look like a creep if your skin tone is naturally like that don't damage it by tanning..I prfer tan and darker guys since guys of my race aren't pale unless albino
