Neither of you need to be embarrassed about that. Usually those little birthmarks or moles on an ass only makes it look sexier. It certainly doesn't take away. One time I was giving this girl a massage that I really knew and we had gotten into fun stuff. While she was on her back I was giving her a leg massage that went up to her ass and then started kissing her legs and worked up to her ass also. She had a fine ass and I kissed it and her mole too. Don't worry about it because only a few guys will see it and if they're looking they'll like it.

You will be fine, if you get to that stage of a relationship then the guy should like you enough to embrace things like that.

First, to address the health issues- keep an eye on the size and color of the birthmarks and moles. So many people are getting skin cancer, you want to take care of yourselves.

Secondly, it's part of who you are. Everyone has bumps, scars, and birthmarks they don't like. But it makes us original. Embrace your little marks, and I'm sure the guy in your life will too. :)

But if it bothers you that much, your doctor can numb the surrounding area and remove the mole. Often times it only takes a few stitches, and scarring is next to none.
