Anyone had sleepless nights? How did u get rid of it?

didn't sleep for 3-4 nights (experienced it before) and don’t feel sleepy in daytime... I went to the doc and he gave me zolpidem and diazepam.
Now I can’t sleep without sleeping pills..
I don’t want to rely on them but sleepless drives me crazy..
Anyone experienced it? please help. (Tried melatonin , lavender oil , music and massage before, still doesn’t work.

One of my problems, I had to complete change everything I was doing lifestyle wise, and they don't work pills they make me evil them so called mellow yellows. But i'm a weird freak that's often confused as a 👽🖖, but im just a shy demon.

I experience this every period cycle.. you have to just unplug from your device and also I drink this tea called "yogi calming tea" that helps bring ur anxiety down and helps you fall asleep. Try it out.

Try bay leaves tea. This stuff will knock you out. Just boil water and add the leaves, then drink. No sugar is necessary, cause it’s flavorless.

Reading before, makes sure your room is dark, get away from electronic devices before going to sleep or a shot of liquor can also help.
