Most likely it started when I was run down by a car when I was in my teens. The doc caged & fused the L5- S1.
Did you manage to fully recover from that?
Yes I got the all clear to go back to work last week. Sadly there is no work to go back to at the moment.

I don't think any at all. I'm not strong at all, and at my heaviest I am 50 kg, or 110 pounds. I know I should be stronger but I'm not. Sigh.

I can't pick up that much heavy person when I am a skeleton myself. The maximum I have picked up is 54 kgs and she was my friend.
I can’t take a person weighting that in piggyback, it’s almost twice my weight so I couldn’t even start
Where is the option for zero? I have a knee that would kill if I did squats. However, I do have strong legs.
My boyfriend is around 70 kg and I can't even just piggyback him, without squats. I lose all balance when I try to carry him. I'm around 53 kg.

Being small doesn't mean that you can't.
I am 6'1 and a friend of mine could do 10 squats piggybacking me. She's 5'1 but she's still strong enough to do it 😁

I’m about 130 pounds, and I have running and rowing legs but even then I don’t think I could do too many more than 10-13. My little sister I can easily, but an almost 180LB man? No I’d be snapped like a twig
130 is about as much as I could do, so not too many. Maybe 8 or so of 150-160lbs.
