Mosquitoes always make me think of the ren and stimpy short the great outdoors 😂
("(Stimpy falls fast asleep, As Ren looks at the stars. The night sky turns black and the moon is going down, But Ren isn't falling asleep. He hears a Mosquito buzzing and It lands on his arm, Ren's head, legs, And butt begin to wiggle. He growls at the audience. Ren goes back to sleep until he wakes up and founds a Mosquito sucking his blood. Ren screams like a girl and hit the Mosquito with his hand. Then he goes back to sleep. A Mosquito's eye looks at Ren and his blood from the inside. Millions of Mosquitoes look at Ren and they're ready to have his blood. Mosquito #1: I hear you man.(The Mosquitoes leave. Stimpy wakes up and yawns happily, He smacks his lips) Stimpy: (as he rubs his stomach) Man, did I sleep good! (turns to Ren) How'd you sleep Ren?(The camera moves to Ren who is covered in Red Mosquito bites) Ren: (groans weakly) Oh, I slept all right"
Not yet. Had a silverfish come out onto my bedroom ceiling though, and I think they just wander out from the guts of the house when it gets hot. I donāt have the heart to kill them, little guy is probably just trying to cool off, or is lost. We have pest control coming for the mice in the walls next weekend though, mentioned the silverfish too. I just canāt do the deed myself, lmao, I donāt like killing other creatures. This is my dadās house, and my dad put the hit out, so it aināt on me😅
Although I do murk mosquitoes with extreme prejudice, lmao, they bring the beef to me, and they carry potentially deadly diseases. But a mouse or a silverfish or a little house spider or something, I just live and let live.
Lol u r like me. I dont have the heart to kill pests and I thought i was weirdšI really feel sorry for these little creatures. (Spiders, ants, geckos... etc) especially its sad when they are running for their lives scared of u it breaks my heart. Though mosquitoes are exceptions those little devils
@Holisticapproachsara haha, yeah, Iām kind of a āright to lifeā guy when it comes to animals and insects. If youāve ever read any of my crazy rants on here, you could probably guess that I donāt hold the human species in all that high of a regard, lmao. Not rooting against us, I just donāt look at it as humans are #1 and everything else is expendable. Weāre all just members of the greater community of nature. I wouldnāt kill my neighbor for being gross looking, so Iām not going to a silverfish either, haha. I guess my one questionable hobby in that regard is bass fishing. But my understanding is that the inside of their mouths where they get hooked is all cartilage and little to no nerve endings, so itās pretty painless, and their behavior when caught is consistent with that. And my rule is if I kill or seriously maim one, I have to eat it, and I donāt even like fish. But if I make it a food chain thing itāll be relatively fair to me... and thatāll still probably be the day I retire from it, haha.
I know, i feel more compassion for animals than humans honestly. Animals never did hurt me. Its funny for me when my mom worry about me being approached by a stray hungry sad dog. But she doesnāt worry about me being approached by my mean bitchy coworker who tried to push me off the stairs once. Also i eat only fish. I stopped eating chicken or meat for a year now. I am not vegan in any way. But i dont have the heart to eat animals anymore
I am the pest of my own home. Itās still quite cold here for mosquitoes. I did however the last few days find Weevils in my bedroom. I didnāt realize one of my plants has invaders. Damn near lost my mind out of fear that they might be in my bed.
Mosquitos better not be invading my home, I have a contract with pest control to service my home & if I happen to see any bugs all I have to do is pick up the phone. On the other hand I like the bigger mosquitos because they are like vampires they go after smaller flying pests.
Don't have that issue here on the Central coast of California living in the harbor. Worst I get is these saltwater flies but they are few and far between.
I do know the pain of mozzies and a little tip from traveling through Thailand and other moxie ridden areas: sleep with a fan blowing over you, this will make it harder for them to land on you bc they get blown away/past.
One appeared last month , none since... yet !! The only real downside of late spring / summer in the UK , the little bloodsucking shits LOVE me , they have a taste for my blood. Put me in hospital twice from infections from the bite site , the only creatures I will purposely kill.
Not to my knowledge, but it'll probably start soon. Luckily, I always strive to maintain a healthy spider population where I live, which helps keep them in check.
I keep a loaded pistol next to my bed to shoot the little fuckers. I've had to do some remodeling and some explanations to law enforcement but I know I've got the bastard on the run
Not yet, but I live on an island on the Atlantic ocean and the mosquitoes are VICIOUS here in the summer. They will start in about another month and not stop until maybe October or November. I get about a million bites every summer.
Not lately. There was an attempt at a hostile, blood-sucking takeover about a year or two ago in the bathroom of all places. I bombed it and it wasn't a problem anymore.
Yah I live in Thailand they're everywhere and here they donāt believe Iām black lights. So outside need to be aware. Inside Iāve got million things to keep them away.
