I'm all for body positivity and feeling body confident. I understand everyone has different body shapes/types, some bigger, some smaller but I'm sick of seeing morbidly obese people saying they are "curvy". It's promoting unhealthy positivity. The definition of curvy was to embrace the body's natural curves not rolls. Controversial I know...

Curvy just means you have curves. It has nothing to do with size and is not an exclusive adjective. Plus size is a term for clothing. They are correct, but they say it because Fat makes them feel attacked. This is a problem women have, not men. No one goes referring to women as that Size 10 woman. But when they are Fat, it has to be Plus size or curvy to make them feel better.

Yes it is, however even then when you look at body definition for simply obese it captures quite a few people.
