Healthier food choices and at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week (interval training is your best bet).
Weight training alternating with cardio. If you only have time to do one a day, stagger which day you do what. Also, cutting out liquid calories and eating as little processed foods as possible.
I lost weight going vegetarian. I have a friend who went vegan an she lost more weight than I did. People can lose 20lbs going vegan given they have 20lbs to lose to begin with. Hope this helps!
