How can I lose weight and look toner/more fit?

Find something you love that will make you that way without chasing the idea of being toner or more fit.

I found a women who liked running once upon a time. I tried to run with her. Couldn't keep up. But I found out I actually enjoy running. Even after she outran me.

We aren't together now but I bet I could beat her 😉 and I thank her for that all the time.

The trick is to do it without doing "it". For me i saw the purpose was really me, not her. I just had to get beat by a girl and left behind to see it 😵😉😊 lol

Exercise often (at least do a brisk walk), east lots of veggies and fruits and like Paige said avoid sugar as much as possible.
