I hate cardio and endurance exercises. I love leg day exercises, especially when I can do them with my girlfriend.
Full body weight training, running, and yoga. I feel healthy and flexible.

Squat is boring and I can't left much as before I used to do it with 260 lb but I'm not interested in it anymore because there's so many safer options and I believe it works as squat if not better

I like exercises the most which I use my physical strenght

I don't like all cardio. I like interval changes with strength and cardio mixed together.
I am with you, I don't like repetitive long distance running, no action. My endurance training is different.

Stair climber is my favorite... I do at least 20 miles a day
