Since I caught it in Feb 2020, I have ignored it as much as possible. The only changes for me were working at home mostly. The severity of this virus has been exaggerated extensively and hasn’t been any worse that a new flu strains in reality. Most everyone’s natural immune system is fully capable of fending off this virus. The mRNA “vaccine” is dangerous and poisonous to the human body; it is not working. The spike proteins are causing blood clots and people are dying >12,000 since yesterday. The CDC has come out and significantly lowed the covid death count citing they were really old age deaths. The MSM keeps it going day-to-day in your minds so that is all you are thinking about. Businesses are pushing the vaxx to keep your job and are overlooking the liability of such a demand. 75% of NYC area 450,000 healthcare workers are threatening to quit over the jab. Many have been immersed in covid patients going on 19 months and haven’s contracted it once they became immune. If the majority of healthcare workers are rejecting the jab, that should say it all. The frontline healthcare workers that have lived through it and are naturally immune, should tell us all; this isn’t what the MSM and placed admin are telling us. When it comes to this forced “vaccine,” I never thought I would be living in North Korea as a US citizen. As long as you turn on that tube, look at your phone, scan the net, this virus will remain alive in your psyche. The “vaccine” is the real present danger in which the illegal manner it is being represented and forced. The thing that will take precedence over the virus will be the death and injury count of the “vaccine.” The virus will be seasonal and become a week off from work for many and that will be it.

I live in Australia. Our state of nsw is locked down and they won’t be opening it up until 80 percent of the state is fully vaccinated. And if you live in 12 of the council districts with the most outbreaks you can be fired from your job if you won’t get the vaccine. It’s becoming so communist like.

Asking whether Covid-19 is going to end is like asking whether wombats are going to end. It's a disease, not a TV show. What will happen next is that it will continue to mutate, promoting new strains, which will eventually wind down the epidemic. The key variable that will determine what form that takes is whether the acquired immunity is natural (getting sick and recovering), which will end things quicker, since it provides stronger immunity against the virus as a whole, or artificial (taking the available gene therapies), which will drag things out, since it provides weaker immunity against a single protein of the virus, and encourages strains which are MORE lethal.

In any event, the panic isn't going to go away until the virus has spread through the population and we've reached herd immunity, so if you want it to end quicker, ditch the restrictions and mingle.

My 9-year-old niece got sent home to quarantine today after her classmate tested positive. Since they sat next to each other in the cafeteria on Friday it protocol to send their kids in contact home for 7-10 days. The Both kids wore masks, the school has a through cleaning regimen, and they put up plexiglass between kids, and my niece doesn't have symptoms.

People refusing to get vaccinated are causing the surge in cases, causing the hospitals to get overrun, causing kids to get sent home. This pandemic is going to be a really long one unless all anti-vaxxers die off quickly or wake up and get vaccinated.

Covid is staying. It’s just like the flu !! It’s not going anywhere !!! What I’m worried about it’s how it’s changing 1st it was covid now it changed and it’s delta … as time is passing its changing and getting stronger!!! Meaning the shots we get is not working as it should!!! For example the flu !!! We can get one dose every year!! Right? But with this covid.
You can two shots and now they are talking about getting a 3rd one !!! Like what the hell!!!
    Just pray we stay alive

I’ll just say the way “officials” handled this from the beginning was incredibly careless. All looking at each other to make the first move. The originating country should have been shut down and quarantined from get go.
That being said. It’s here to stay. Everyone is going to be exposed, if they haven’t already. The vaccine (s) will work, or won’t. The media will always be around to spread false information, not caring about mass panic. The government will never share everything in attempt to not create mass panic.. in addition to whatever other reasons they give themselves.
People have died. Entire families lost. Under appreciating that is disgusting human behavior. Bitching about masks…eh. That’s a select group of persons behavior they choose to display or not.
We have no power and no choices in the major game really. We can choose to take one of the “vaccines”, or not. In the end it comes down to our own bodies ability to fight off disease, as we have for generations.
Herd immunity, be it vaccine if they actually do work, or natural, will be the balance.

There are a million things that I could say about COVID-19. I don't have time to tell them, no one would read my answer and GAG wouldn't allow me to write that much.

That being said, no I don't believe that COVID-19 is going to end. Vaccines might help but they're not the solution. There are cases of people who were vaccinated with two doses and they died from the virus.
Besides people keep being irresponsible and acting as if there's no virus. Not to mention all the Covid deniers. There are still millons of people who are not vaccinated. Others who don't want to be vaccinated
There's no medicine for this disease. Political leaders are not interested in taking care of people, they just care about the economy.
I think this virus will keep mutating and we have to learn how to live with it.

It won’t disappear and will be around for pretty much ever.

it’s expected it become a bit like flu and it’s mortality rate will drop according.

As countries start opening up properly, such as the UK with high numbers vaccinated, then stats will start building up.

I guess it will become a suggested yearly vaccine.

our company has added it to mandatory travel vaccination requirements, we already had a number in place.

Generally for travel, it’s going to sit along Yellow Fever as a mandated vaccine for some countries.

I try not to think about it, because I just know it isn't about to end "any time soon", and I know this because the politicians who supposedly represent the will of the people are high on a power-trip, and actually enjoy being able to order people around. Plus, in my state anyway, the government is making heaps of money through fines issued to citizens who are non-compliant with the endless (and utterly pointless) new rules.
I'm not worried about some virus that supposedly has a survival rate of approx. 99.7%, among my age group, even IF you're unlucky enough to catch it in the first place.
The whole thing is a scam, and I will NOT comply, I will NOT cave in like a coward, as so many already have.
They can take their "new normal" and shove it where the sun doesn't shine!

Eventually logic must prevail , instead of this ludicrous overreaction , lock downs were only ever going to add to potency. We know have UK Open , Denmark fully open October , Singapore , all have stopped consideration with regard to " cases " .
    Three important factors..
    1. Vaccination rates
    2 . Hospitalisations
    3 . Deaths

Take care of no 1 , forget about " cases " irrelevant , keep an active functional , up to date immune , and GET OPEN ! But to think that living like " the boy in the bubble " is the way forward in simply ridiculous.

People power and logic , will come to the fore , it will happen extremely quickly , undergraduate biology stuff , and this was really poorly handled from the beginning.
Sweden was the yardstick , and remains so.

Tbh I'm over all of this. Now... is Covid real? Of course! Does it suck? Yes! That being said I think it hasn't been about public health for a long time. This whole mask mandates and vaccine requirement are 1000% about control. I hate to say it but I feel like there will be a lot of back and forth. It will be normal next spring but then next fall they will do lockdowns except it will be hardcore (kind of like Australia). I also don't think this will stop until about 2025/2026. Hopefully I'm wrong! I somehow feel like this was planned but at the same time it's like "what happens now"? Covid has changed everything forever. I am sure they will treat it like 9/11 in regards to the airport and traveling. I really am so over all of this nonsense and just want to go back to normal. I have also noticed that a lot of people are giving up their freedoms and rights for comfort & safety. This makes me highly concerned!

It's going to be around until people get vaxxed. And the longer it takes people to come around to/get access to the shot, the higher the chance of new, stronger variants to mutate.

If you're vaxxed, still be reasonably cautious (wear a mask in crowded indoor spaces, keep washing your hands, maintain social distance where possible), as it's just courteous to the unvaxxed at this point and keeps you safeish from them. But life is pretty much normal for you otherwise - if you're not in lockdown.

Right now, the Delta variant is what's driving the most recent surge. It is affectly namely (90% ) the unvaxxed, with breakout cases within anticipated numbers. It does what it says on the tin: helps you avoid infection with a 70-95% rate depending on your brand, and minimizes risk of hospitalization greatly.

It's running rampant throughout Republican states and communities due to their love of misinformation.

    - Emergency laws is a thing politicians are dreaming about and it's perfect deflection.
    - For pharma industry it's a gold rain
    - Media love polarization and division of societies, finding virtual enemies and fear mongering.
I don't think there is much interest to end this pandemic.

Not if new variants defeat the efficacy of the current vaccines, which will eventually occur if people keep refusing to get vaccinated.

The Pfizer has permanent approval, so there's no excuse about it not being approved and out of the experimental stage.

The same will occur for Moderna and J&J in the next two months or so and it appears a child vaccine for those younger than 12 and for infants/toddlers is on its way too.

I have no Idea, sadly, most of us are getting used to it, most of us have our protection masks lying everywhere, on in our offices, on in our cars, one under our bed one next to some random stuff that we use daily...
It became a routine, I just still wish we can go back to normality completely, because I don't accept THIS KIND OF ROUTINE or normallity anymore

I think politics has made it a lot more difficult. People start idiotic rumors that scare people & breed a lot of misinformation.

We need to follow the science, listen to the medical professionals & work together to end this.
