Hi! Recently I added another insecurity about my boobs: their height. From this picture I think I’m a medium root, what do you think? Is it unattractive? Like mine are NOT saggy, but it still doesn’t look good to me, all of my friends have those high pretty boobs so …
Also I’ve read somewhere that the average root for women is between 5 and 7 inches lower than their armpit, but mine is 18 cm (sorry I don’t know how much it is in inches). Is it low?

I think it’s something that came up with me because I have a general insecurity about my breasts, I don’t really like them so now I find any possible flaw and make myself feel even worse. I know it’s dumb but I can’t control it

Well yes, you can control it. Your brain isn't some external force on you. It's only you. You convinced yourself to be insecure about it, you can convince yourself to be secure about it.

Think about your body like Chinese food. Now there are good Chinese restaurants and bad Chinese restaurants. The good ones work to be the best they can be... so for you that means to eat healthily and exercise, wear clothing that flatters you.

But some people don't like Chinese food.
Some people like Chinese food but may not be in the mood for it.
Some people love Chinese food.

None of those people diminishes Chinese restaurants that work to be the best they can be.

I do eat healthy and exercise, I’m fit but boobs are something that are supposed to be attractive, sexy, and mine aren’t really beautiful that’s why it’s so hard for me to accept them
