I knew a woman who had breast reduction surgery. She had something like F or G sized breasts. I was fortunate to see and touch the before and after versions. Due to back issues, problems finding a bra that fit, and other reasons, she had like 2+ pounds taken out if each side leaving her with C sized boobs. She absolutely loved what she called her new perky teenaged boobs. And they were nice and firm afterward!
Whatever reason you feel a need for a reduction, so be it. If a guy is turned off by a scar like that, tell him it's over, put your clothes back on, and walk out. He's definitely not worth any more effort. And I'm 150% positive you'll find a guy who's totally in love with YOU, regardless what scars you have!
i'd be lying if i said they weren't a bit of a turnoff. i dated one girl briefly who'd had the reduction surgery... now i feel like she had a terrible surgeon because her scars were gigantic and i've seen procedures where the scarring is less severe and a smaller incision
If a reduction makes you more comfortable in your body, physically or mentally or both, that's reason enough to get it done and any guy worth his salt won't give a shit.
I don't see a problem for it, its not like the go an enlargement. they did it for a reason that THEY wanted to. I would not be turned off.

Just one of those things that happen. Most of us pick up scars from our battles with real life situations, me included.
Certainly never a deal breaker. They will fade in time, but most guys will see past them straight away, to the real lady beyond.
I think by the time a guy notices the breast scars, its clear already that he is attracted to you. And breast scars certainly would not cut off the attraction.
If it gets to the point where I am seeing her breasts, then I am already very much interested in her mind and her overall body, so some scars are not going to make me think any less of her!
To be completely honest I would find it a turn off, because in general I don't like when women get surgery for what God blessed them with. If it makes them happy, then that's all that matters you can ignore me, but this is how I feel, and I think all women should work with what they got.

I've encountered them, it's a little bit of a turn-off just because her beautiful skin has been scarred, but it's not a deal breaker.
They don't bother me at all and I doubt I'd ever notice them
Scars don't bother me at all unless they're on her face but I have some huge scars on my back and ribs so I might be biased
How deep? I saw some chicks boobs which almost looked like she got pregnant there and then got strech marks there lol that was turn off
