My penis actually stays quite clean. I pull my foreskin back when I pee. Sometimes, I try to keep it pulled back to feel/make it look like I've been circumcised.

I wash myself very thoroughly in the shower, which is a very simple/easy, pleasurable experience.

I also function best when I can release at least twice per day.

The uncircumcised have to pull back the foreskin while bathing to thoroughly clean the penis since the majority do not pull the foreskin back to piss. It’s hygiene is why circumcision was born. That includes the Jews in the Bible. God was about purity and he saw uncircumcised as dirty because of hygiene. He wanted his people clean.

I would say pull back the skin while urinating.
Make sure you pull the skin back while bathing to get out anything that may be in there.

Guys who have circumcised penis create more stuff to maintain moisture on Glans but that gets rubbed all around In the underwear and pelvic..
