Did you gain the Covid 19?

I did. But then I lost all of it after getting Covid. 😂
I hear that happens…
Yeah, it was not a fun way to lose it but I’ll take it. 😃
I gained a lot of weight that I am trying to lose now
You got this!
Trying to gift my wife the man she married on our 10th anniversary

I did not gain weight but I stopped losing weight after a few months of loss. With changes in diet and supplement use, I should be a lot skinnier but my weight is around the same but my uncle and cousin says I look slimmer so I may have lost body fat even if my weight is the same.
It’s how you feel not the number!
I didn't but it comes from having a fucked up ankle. I have several screws and plats in my left ankle and lower leg. If I don't walk around on it daily it tends to lock up and hurt like a like a SOB. So walking a lot and watching what I eat are a must. Because I don't really want it to get worse then it going to be as I get older.
Nope. Quite the opposite.
I kicked a viscious drug addiction, started working out and dropped over 30 lbs over the course of 2 years ontop of adding 10 lbs of muscle.
I also stopped dying my greys.
Good for you!
No drug habit here but I did the same with losing weight! Good job Bro! 😎
My weight went up and down. Recently, it's gone up but that's due to emotional issues. My grandad died about two months ago then I had to rehome my furry son as I couldn't look after him like I wanted to because I'm working so much compared to before and my parents couldn't look after him in the sense that they couldn't walk him due to health problems
I worked from home for 16 months. Surprisingly, I actually lost 5 pounds. When in the office, I used to hit the junkfood machine 3 or 4 times a day. At home, I rarely snacked, and when I did it was often healthier, a fruit or a small candy, not a whole bar. Also, since I didn't have to take 2 hours a day driving to/from work, I had time to do some walking, typically in the evening.
I lost weight due to the lockdown. Went out for daily walks and went running almost every day to combat boredom lol
Good for you!
I lost weight, I busy busting ass to make a living. I went farm to farm looking for side work.
Ended up getting over stressed and exhausted. That I put myself right into the ER and then the ICU.
I really thought I was a goner. I started giving my wife and kids the speech.
2020 was the year I learn that I am not 20 years old anymore
I gained some weight but they was down to 3 months of doing nothing whilst recovering from myopericarditis
This year I lost weight and build up some proper muscle on my arms even better than the skinny sticks they were in my restaurant days (my legs got the benefit of that job with the walking and crouch for undercounter fridges and cupboards and under the pizza oven)
Yeah, I had the two Pfizers and was sick for a week
My mom had the Johnson and Johnson and was sick for TWO weeks
My dad who had neither was the LEAST sick
I had no reaction to Pfizers
No, I meant we got COVID despite having the vaccine.
Though I got a reaction after the shot too
That sucks!
Nope.. I actually lost weight during quarantine.. about 10 lbs.
Hey! Congrats!
20 lbs it has taken forever to get ride of, but back to normal fluff now lol
Relatable!
No not at all, I stayed active all throughout and still had to go in to work although less than normal. I walk all the time anyway and that didn't stop, and while for a while I couldn't go to the gym I'd workout at home.
Fast metabolism here. Also did zoom taekwondo right through.
Good for you!
TY but it’s a good group at my studio. Would have been harder to stay away.
I lost weight and then gained it back.. but not that kind of weight. I think I might lose weight again because of the exercise I started doing. I feel like my weight is going up and down at this point
Lost weight during lockdowns. Had to work me, plus caught it twice during lockdowns.
Ugh. That really sucks. I’m sorry.
Meh, had it in Dec of 2019. That one sucked. Had three times after.
Geez. That is a lot.
Pretty sure i have a good resistance going. Swept through the store i work at, everyone got it but me.
Sounds like it!
When they shutdown schools in the beginning and sent us home from.
Without practice i lost my abs but didn't gain weight.
But i got them back once they brought us back and we began training
nope, I do lose a bit of weight... the sedentary life, and stress all that.. makes me eat a lot less and I also lose some muscle weight
No, just the opposite; I lost weight. I've been eating less, and exercising more by going for long walks.
I gained 5 and then lost 20ish. I started working more on nutrition when in previous years I just did exercise.
Oh for sure. I didn't balloon out quite so bad, but my eating habits were garbage and I haven't done a lot to fix it since 😂
Nah I maintain a healthy lifestyle before the pandemic and improve more on it during the pandemic
Very admirable
I woke him up in the middle of the night with a bj
He loved it!
Hell no, i could never afford to take time off work…
I work from home
So do I… but only for a couple of my jobs, the others i definitely cannot Do at home! 🤣
I gathered that lol
You’re a very observant intelligent woman! 😉
Why thank you 😇
Literally all of my jobs fall under “essential workers” I was a little jealous of the free vacation some friends got
You are always and definitely welcome Ms Loves
5 lbs at most soon after lockdown was enforced. However, we immediately turned it around and better.
I lost 2kg, probably muscle mass because I stopped to exercise.
I did but that was beacuse i let myself go intentionally cause i didn't have time for that. Even got fatshamed by my parents
I gained about 8 pounds but lost most of that gain in the last 6 months. I exercise a lot.
Oddly enough, no.
I eat a lot of potato chips and junk but I seem to be losing weight 🤔
I gained about ten pounds. I lost them bur gained some back. It's time to get serious again.
Gained like 5 kg from eating haha. But then lost 4 kg from working over 5 weeks.
yeah. but i think that has to do more with nutrition. i stopped giving a shit and just ate a lot of shit.
I was working at home for about 8 months and let myself go. Im up like 25ibs (11kg) this year. Going to start working on getting fit again.
Same!
No change. If anything I lost some because all the restaurants were closed.
At the first of covid 19, i gained some weights (5 kilograms), but then i contunied my sport program then i melted my fats and i gained muscles
Like 10 pounds but that motivated me to start gymming again so it's under control now.
I didn't gain or lose weight. I was out of work for only a month and a half
Nope, same weight for years now, probably because I didn’t stop working and can’t do it from
From home that is
No, I work in manufacturing so we had to stay open. I stayed the same weight.
Everyone I know gained at least 10-25 pounds... except one person... it's normal
Loves, I don't believe it !
What? Lol
Yes 🤣🤣🤣 wrong question Bruce.
Yes. Typical I think.
I lost 20lb 10kg. I didn’t eat for 12 days and I did it. I got lots of junk food from charity but I didn’t cook themi need to lose 5 more kg. Now I am working on
Wow. Well don’t restrict too much
I gained some and lost it again.
I lost 30 pounds and am in great shape
No, we have a home gym.
I thought it was called quaran-15.
Haha! That one’s good too.
no but i lost a lot of muscle
No but i did gain them before covid.
Nope... I was already at my limit.
I maintained my weight all through those months.
No i never stopped working out
Nope. Literally the same weight
I got stronger and put on weight
