Honestly, you should have been concerned starting at 35. Every woman should have their first baseline mammogram. These are the images that all other future mammograms will be compared to. I have a friend who just died at 46, she went to the doctor for back pain in September. By Occtober 23rd she was dead due to undiagnosed breast cancer. She leaves behind two small school age girls and a husband. There are many variables to include women who were AMA advanced maternal age when they have their kids. These variables increase the likelihood of having breast cancer.
I haven't really thought about it seriously to be honest, when it's my time to go it's my time to go. 🤷♀️
I kinda felt the same way in my 20s.
And I don't think that's a bad attitude to take as long as you don't do what you can to push your time to go further back.
