You've probably seen it more times than I can count.
Ladies, why do you have such a difficult time grasping the concept that losing weight in a healthy manner is something that takes TIME and PATIENCE? Men who are trying to get fit don't seem to have this problem as they all seem to understand that it takes time. So what's the deal, ladies? WHY is it so hard to comprehend that one month of undergoing some fad diet isn't enough to make up for a year (or more) of living an unhealthy, sedentary lifestyle?
