Dumb people tend to continue being dumb... I remember several months ago when people on here were arguing with me that it was two shots and done and that made them immune forever. I told them boosters were coming and they called me a crazy conspiracy theorist even though clinical trials for the boosters were underway at the time and I linked them to hard science on the topic. You can't help dumb people. They live in the moment on an emotional wave and are programmed by the two week media cycle. They can't understand facts even when their decisions are negatively impacting their own lives.

Pointless... expecially when so many of the people flaunting their shots end up with COVID anyways. I have my shots and here I am still having to wear masks and deal with COVID restrictions... back to normal was a lie and it never went anywhere. You know the common flu used to be what this is now... media and political figures used this for the greatest transfer of wealth known in history and that's about it. Shots or not, you're going to get it. Don't be obese and chances are it won't be all that bad.

I have had three doses of Pfizer so far. We have been reassured that this accine is totally safe because it's just like other vaccines that have had years of use in this country. However, there isn't any other vaccine that requires repeated boosters every 4-6 months, so I am thinking about declining the next booster when it is recommended.

I've gotten 2, that's it, I'm done. Our problem is that we don't have strong immune systems anymore. There's a shot for everything, we're turning into a bunch of wimpy weaklings. Well I'm going to go with my doctor since he's the one with the medical degree. And he said when the vaccine first came out that he figured boosters might be needed in the future. He called that one on the money. So if he recommends a 3rd and a 4th shot that's what I'll do.

Most vaccine's need multiple boosters. Take flu shots for example, those are recommended every year. If your body doesn't have a reason to keep producing a certain antibody, it will eventually stop. And when dealing with viruses that are consistently mutating ( like the flu and COVID-19), vaccines are adjusted to stimulate your body to produce more effective antibody for newer version of the virus.
