Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yI am not a licensed medical professional and am not authorized to make medical decisions. Check with your primary doctor for the best advise. I think there are very good intentions with the vaccines being used for trying to prevent the most vulnerable people from dying, however people with certain Differences in the DNA do have adverse side effects and we do not know until we continue to collect data and come up with solutions. For me one month after the first shot I developed cloudiness in my thoughts and a lot of pain, I have an autoimmune disease that makes my body fight like crazy to the cell structure, shot 2 its been one month so far, I am getting pain around the muscles around the eye socket. I am very athletic, have done many blood tests and have not found much of anything, my blood pressure is excellent. I have seen the shot save lives in friends and family. Since the shot I am having a harder time sleeping due to the pain. I wonder if anyone sees similar issues?

Pfizer: I felt fine the evening of the first shot, but had some aches and pains (more than usual for an old guy) the next day. The injection site hurt quite a bit.
The second shot came on much faster- that same evening. I felt really run down, so I went to bed and and I didn't get out of bed for 12 hours. No pain at the injection site and the same aches and pains as the first.03 Reply- +1 y
All that for nothing. A virus that only kills people with Diabetes , heart disease, cancer, or COPD.

@888theGreat More misinformation from the biggest spreader of it on gag. Pitiful.
+1 yI like how a few people had to stop by and make the point that they didn’t get them…”I am antivaxxer hear me roar!!!”
For me, I had no symptoms with dose 1, but dose 2 knocked me on my ass. Fever, chills, headache, sore joints, and I had a huge sciatica flair up. This is normal for the MRNA vaccines. The first dose tells your immune system to be on the lookout. Then your immune system is ready to launch an all out war when you receive the second dose.12 Reply- +1 y
Same here sciatica flare ups

I have it from piriformis syndrome from running. The vaccine just amplified the pain for a day or two.

+1 yGot both of mine (begrudgingly, not by choice). Overall, no major side effects. I had a sore arm for a few days at the site of injections, so I couldn't do any heavy weight training, along with fatigue- I basically felt more tired than usual. Otherwise, I was fine! After about 2-3 days, I felt fine!
Basically it was like getting the flu vaccination.11 Reply- +1 y
Lucky You my mom was the same way too.

The second shot brought on a purple bruise close to the injection site. Totally painless, but large. Went away after about 4 or 5 days.10 Reply380 opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. I had pain in my arm more than any other vaccination for 2 days the first time and 1 day the second time and also dehydration and headache and also feeling cold for about the same durations. It was not severe though I could manage it I just drank a lot and rested and I was fine.

+1 yPeople that believe or trust Gov't after all the lies they tell you and get vaccines should get really sick.
Same people that complain about politicians ran to get shots. These are the ones that run Government and tell Gov't agencies what to say, and you fools go along with it. Why complain about politicians and then do everything they say?10 Reply 4.8K opinions shared on Health & Fitness topic. My shoulder was sore and I felt a little feverish and crappy for a day or so.

+1 yi wish i would finally just get covid so the pressure to get this vaccine goes away.

You should still get the vaccine even if you get covid. It’s not as bad as you’re thinking it’s just like a regular vaccine
- +1 y
And covid is way worse than the vaccine. It’s horrible

What @alleon said is one factor. The other factor is that the individual total risk of having complications is reduced by the vaccine from roughly rounded 0,5% to 0,05%. That's how they calculate the close to 100% efficiency of the vaccine. And that was by the way based on a study with 40.000 participants of which only like 200 got the disease to be a relevant part of the calculations.
My problem is, that i read most of the actual scientific papers that came out... And the people with their media indoctrinated opinions can't understand me. It's really a tragedy to see what's happening with public perceptions and opinions that are so mislead by predatory politics and greedy media.
I am not 70 years old and i don't have any conditions that put me In the risk group. For men this corona virus isn't any more dangerous than a flu.
If i was 70, i would consider getting it. - +1 y
Also a third factor and way i said what i initially said: in Germany, where i live, we are discriminating against people who aren't vaccined. Certain things you can't do if you're not vaccined or cured from the disease. If you're cuter that means your immune system now has antibodies. I understand the confusion. But too be perfectly honest: taking a vaccine for a disease you literally just had is idiotic. Cause you already know your immune system is good enough. Oh and just in a side note. Remember how politics and media straight up lied to us in the beginning when they told us that our immune system isn't prepared for this new disease? Nobody ever cared to correct this lie. Even though it's part of the foundation of our hysteria.
- +1 y
@alleon you know since it's germany, everyone learns in school about hitler and to be SUPER CAREFUL when groups of people are starting to be discriminated against by government and civil society... well... if you point out that exactly this is happening again right now, people attack you for belitteling the holocaust. wtf? how is anyone gonna prevent a holocaust from happening again if you attack people that try to "rise awareness"?
- +1 y
government frames it like this: "rights aren't taken from those people. they just have the same rights as everyone. they just gotta get vaccinated to not be restricted"... meanwhile, even vaccinated still need to social distance and wear masks...
- +1 y
Oh in Canada they say we have a “choice”. So basically yeah ok you “choose” not to get vaccinated. Well just slowly revoke access to things in your life until you “choose” the vaccination. It people got it because they thought they HAD to to keep their job etc. But people have forgotten about our charter of rights and freedoms. That’s why the courts decide here. To protect us from the government.
- +1 y
@alleon yeah they say it's a "choice" here too. you can choose to have a vaccine or you litterally have to pay a 15-20 bucks test every day just to get into public places except for stores and doctors luckily. those you can still get in without taking a test.
also you have to take a test every day you go to your work place. so it's obviously trying to massively inconvenience people. because they can not legally "force" people here. to take the vaccine. so they make life without it as difficult a bureaucratic hassle as possible. but i'm ok. i don't need to go to bars or restaurants... by the way: some restaurants and bars are revolting and instead of controlling vaccine stauts are now not longer letting politicians and police in to eat.
Just sore at the injection site for a couple days. Same with the booster.
