What do you think of veganism? (Page 2)

Question

I mean many people follow that kind of lifestyle but do you think really they are over reacting in following such practices of not eating or even using products and articles that are made from animals, such as leather, or other items that are come from animals? isn't that a bit ridiculous. Im not talking about vegetarian as being vegetarian and being vegan are totally different things. Vegetarians at least they can consume eggs and other stuff that comes from animals, they are not that restrictive unlike veganism which nothing nothing they eat or use or cosume must come from an animal. For me I find that being vegan is stupid just because they dont like the mistreatment of animals.  Earlier today I was having a conversation with 2 cousins and a friend of them and we were speaking about Vegetarian and Veganism and they agree with me being vegan sorry is a little dumb, because that is how life is created, that is how food chain it is. Animals eat other animals to survive, you dont see a tiger eating grass to survive, they eat meat, you dont see a cocodrile eating lettuce to survive. Food that comes from animals have proteins and nutrients that the human need to survive. A plant can't replace the real protein that comes from an animal in any way. Many plants sure have proteins or grains, but they are not the same and the effects on your body is not the same as eating the real protein that comes from animals. For instance if lentils have proteins and a vegan only eats that to get their proteins from it, at some point in their life, Im sure they will start to get tired of eating lentils and grains the whole time , they may want to eat other stuff. Also I know is terribe and sad how animals are mistreated when they are going to kill them to get their meat from consumption, yes it is sad and terribel and they suffer, but that is the way life i, the human being need the proteins from animals to survive, is the life food
