How to deal with overly annoying social butterflies at the gym?

There’s a woman at the gym I go to and I can’t stand her. I doubt anyone likes her from what I see. She’s very nosy and gives unsolicited advice too. She’s always talking to people when they’re trying to use the machines and they have to pause between their sets to talk to her. And I’m standing there getting ready to use the machine and she keeps talking to this one woman who kept stopping in between reps to respond to her and then annoying woman goes “I’m after her. You can use another one like this though.” Like when are you the director of this show? And it was the adductor machine! She talks to EVERYONE at the gym especially when they’re working out. She came and talked to me once when I was doing some important time sensitive paperwork for work at a chair near the cafe one time and she goes “oh is this what you’re working on today?” And shames me for not being more social at the gym. She gives me advice about how I should use the machines and how I should put myself out there more. She also apparently has just such good social skills but FORGOT my name! In our 3rd convo she goes “and your name is Rachel?” Like no I told you my name first conversation and you forgot? Like WTF! She gives me old lady cat vibes too and probably has no friends. Even the trainers I talk to at the gym think she seems off.
Anyway it’s always a machine I’m waiting for and I’m standing there like crossing my arms obviously pissed that people using the equipment are stalled because of her which puts my workouts behind schedule. Other people are more aware and courteous in the weight rooms and realize if someone’s waiting that they should be considerate.
Next time she does something annoying I’m going to honestly put her in her place in a professional yet direct way.
