Why do so many annoying people go to my local gym?

i went there the other day after not having been there for a couple months , i didn't go during the summer as i was busy.

and like literally the exact same crowd when i left minus some students who left for school. and there all so annoying , the reality is in my small city there isn't really a lot of other gyms that people can go to.

so its not like i can just join the other gym across the street and have access to the same type of equipment and facilities. so kind of stuck dealing with them but not sure what to do about it

weird the gym was really quiet this week , not many members at all , weather nicer though so that might be why but not very busy at all

You don't need a gym, you just need one of these. I use the commercial version which allows tracking of progress with numbers, but with the DIY version you could just go to failure each time. My routine is zercher squat, bicep curl, shoulder press, behind the back shrugs, dead-lift, seated row, upright row and tricep extensions. Some do calf raises with the upright row. I also tried the back squat the other day... excellent. If you want to build strength focus on short holds, and for muscle, longer ones say from 30-45+ seconds. The science proves that this builds muscle (I've already noticed this), is superior for cardio than other forms of training, builds tendons, is easy on the joints and gets rid of pain. Best thing I ever did and I will never visit a gym or do weight lifting again. This is far superior with (according to the science) nearly identical levels of success. It's just that people either prefer the lifting of heavy iron, or don't believe in other methods.

i still like the physical aspect of going to the gym and is some people there who are ok , its just the whole small town gym scene gets kind of old fast and isn't really any way around that which would be a realistic alternative

How much is the membership the higher the membership keeps the rift raft out

they offer different plans , can have fee withdrawn monthly or buy a few months at a time , so the exact rate can vary somewhat. so like $60 but less if there getting a deal or bought a few months at a time. also have to pay $10 for a plastic membership card

there facility also getting kind of small for the amount of people , my guess is its packed rate now as its 4:30 so the after work crowd be there. but no one else seems to want to open up another gym here. is a couple small ones but there hours much less and have such limited facilities to offer

no but a similar chain , but the name of the chain isn't the issue. the issue seems to be its the local gym it could be called whatever and have the same problems and crowd. its like they want the rift raft people to come out so its filled to capacity

its the biggest gym by square ft in our city but like wouldn't be considered a big gym when compared to whats offered in other larger markets , it needs to expand or there needs to be another gym to open up here to take some of the people away

its tough cause i can't really go there at different times and not really a morning gym person either
