Is it just me or does everyone get extreamely bad butterflies when their around their crush?

The other day me and my crush we working on backflips, so we were doing a drill on the trampoline before we actually tried a backflip. While doing the drill, he was showing me how to do properly do it and then we did it together, and almost ended up on top of each other. Before we did, I stood up real fast because I knew what was about to happen (Not that I would've minded it lol😂) but I was very nervous so that's why I rushed to get up lol😬🤣
Do any of y'all get extreamly nervous around the guy or girl you like?

Yes, always.

This is quite a universal experience. I think almost everyone has experienced this in some way, though some get it more often.

Personally, it happens a lot of the times that I am around that person. Especially if my crush does something to trigger those butterflies, like hug me or carry something heavy.

Sometimes, it can happen to people that I don't really know. For example, recently a (quite attractive) guy just smiled at me in the street, and I instantly flushed and went red.

So yes, it's really normal, and I hope that things go really well with your crush :)

It's not just you. Somehow, biology decided that when you're near a person you're attracted to, and are trying to make a good impression, that's the best time to get giddy, blushy, or just plain stupid.

Sometimes it's very hard to believe that sexuality is not just an extremely elaborate practical joke.

Its just hormones and sexual attraction. It doesn't really mean anything unless you give it meaning. It's a good thing you did leave, as it wouldn't have been appropriate.
