How to know someone cast a love spell on you?

I can’t stop thinking of this guy, he’s fat and I don’t know his name or anything about him besides where he works l, he was one of my customer a while back since August and now all of a sudden I can’t stop thinking of him and looking at him and I see him looking at me and hiding from me. Yesterday the whole day I was looking for him same today and everyday for the past month. I’ve been having trouble sleeping at night waking up weird hours and I had my period 2 times last month. I think he did something and he knows it working because I’ve seen the way he looks at me. I’ve been having strange headaches and tirednesses, I use to be able to do things and be active now my body aches when I do something. My head feels full of him. I’ve lost my appetite and this guy is frustrating me. He’s not my type and this is so strange. How do I break the spell?

It might not be what you think. Do you actually feel like he's on your mind cause you like him or is he on your mind because you're scared of him and got a bad feeling (like he might hurt you when given a chance)?

You said you don't know his name, but does he know yours? Does he have a way to access pictures you may have online or do you suspect him to ever have taken pictures of you?
He needs your name and a picture at the very least to cast a spell like that without having you drink something.
