Personally, how do you know when you’re in love with someone?

Based on your own experience/s. Signs or even just one sign. How do you know for sure that it is love? Not just lust, infatuation, admiration, a crush, or whatever else other people mistaken love for.

Even after the excitement fades, I still want them to call. When I've been busy all day and haven't thought about them, walking in the door and seeing them there still feels right. When we fight and yell at each other and go to separate rooms pissed off, I'm thinking about what we're gonna get for dinner instead of why I stay.

When I truly hate them. When they did something or based on a situation I see them and feel such hatred. That level of passion is easier to feel and recognize in the moment then love initially. So once that happens I realize all guards are down and I have exposed my whole heart to them.
