Should I be worried about getting a call from my doctors office to schedule an appointment hours after my MRI?

I was born with tumor behind my eye and had surgery to remove most of it when I was a baby. Its still there, but it supposedly not growing. Well, I met my new doctor about a month ago and since my last mri was 16 years ago, she had me get another one.

I just got back from my mri 4 hours ago and I got a call from the doctors office to schedule an appointment for next week. I dont know what it could be for besides the mri. Should I be worried? Is it possible to get mri results back that quickly? If they did have anything to do with the mri then couldn't she just call me to talk about it?

Did you have some symptoms that you went for the mri for?

No symptoms, my dr just wanted me to have an MRI because I haven't had one since I was 12.
