If a doctor calls less than 3 days after a health test, is this a high risk situation?

My mom had 2 health tests this week and less than 3 days after submitting her urine sample and blood sample, the doctors have called our home, my dad could not answer because he was working so it went to voice mail and they told us to call them in the message.

For me and my surgery we have to call up about blood results, however for your case I believe there's something that the blood work shows that needs attention.

Sadly, yes, it could be. Doctors in UK, and I think in Netherlands too, will only call if they find something wrong.

No, it could be really small. My doctor is pretty fast with about anything.
