How long does it take MRO to call if you fail a drug test?

I was 40 days clean of thc when I tested for pre employment, and took a home test that was negative the day before. I’m just paranoid. The company that tested guarantees negative results within 24 hours. My question is for anyone that has tested positive because I know they won’t call if it was negative... if you’ve ever failed how long did it take for the MRO to call?
