my aunt had arthiritis too. Where do you have it? physical therapy helps. Also I gave her some of this chinese medicine that also helps, there's a lot of them but you should look at "Dit Da Jow", it's ancient but its suppose to help. You should try it.

My ankle -- any time it's about to rain. Makes me feel like one of those old people in the movies -- you know, the ones sitting in the rocking chairs on a porch somewhere arguing over whose arthritic knee is more accurate in assessing whether or not it's going to rain. Lol.
