See what you hate about yourself and try to normalize it, search on internet and you will see that some celebrities have the same thing that you hate and you're gonna see how beautiful it is and that it is not bad as you think... Believe that people actually see us more beautiful than we see ourselves... Try to do things that makes you feel pretty and comfortable about yourself... Remember all good things that you did to people and all your good traits and good personality you have... Most of pretty girls I have seen are insecure about themselves so maybe you're pretty but you don't see it

Going to gym helps release positive chdmicals that counter negative ones. doesn't tiz it bet helps abit for sure.
Accepting rainy fays for rainy days, put music and let it be, nothing wrong with feeling down. To think its wrong will only make things worse.
Writing down things that really bother and figuring way to fix them improving, sometimes depression sends message that there is some work to be done, hole in roof will not fix itself and rsin will fall through, metaphorically speaking.
