I mean, you know you have to hit the gym hard, right? I go to the gym a lot and I know a lot of guys who use the stuff but those guys are at the gym religiously. Like there's never a time when I'm there and they're not there and while I go a lot, I definitely skip days. That said, the "in" thing is:
- Testosterone Cypionate
- Human Chorionic Gonadotropin
That said, I don't know anyone who uses this stuff who is not bald (like Joe Rogan-bald) so seeing that you're "18-24", think about if you really want this. I'm not against doing this, but I think it's something that a guy should consider once they hit 40 or something rather than while they're young and it should only be done if you're hitting the gym hard and you've truly hit a wall in gains.
