Can HIV get in if you scratch off the first layer of skin with a little bit of blood?
I scratched my ear and there was a little bit of blood.
Nobody other than me was in the room at the time.

Um, HIV is blood-transmissible, but you can't get an STD from YOURSELF. If don't have HIV, you're not going to get it from contact with your own blood.

One drop from an infected person CAN do it, though.

Did you then rub that scratch against an open wound of someone who has HIV? If not, then you're fine.
