So due to my breast size, my breast tissue collapsed, I was 17 when I noticed the sag of my breasts, I know it's to late, but in the past I was going through depression of being homeless and being mentally abused and being taking advantage of. So I just gave up and didn't care about my health, it has gotten so bad that I weighed at 290 and bra size was at a N cup and I'm only 5ft. But now things has changed, no longer depressed, I now weigh 225 my cup size is a L cup but I was hoping if I should try doing chest routines to help with a lift? I can't have surgery due to my heart.
