Hmmm
There's only one thing that I found to be incredibly difficult that I've done physically and that was a pretty extreme case
My mother who wasn't doing well weighed around 260 to 300 lb I think and I was about 16 well anyways she fell over and she couldn't get up and yeah she was bigger than me I'll just say that
I did manage to get her up at some point although she was not helpful in that process at all matter of fact she kept squirming and made me tweak my back that was single-handedly the most strenuous thing I have ever done physically
One time I even out sprinted the School soccer team and that was easier
Although while I'm incredibly good at like really hard exercises for very short amount of time easy exercises for a long amount of time kill me I have zero stamina
I'd probably be able to flip over a van before I'd be able to run at a steady pace for a mile and even then that's probably because I have crap lungs and asthma as well as a pollen allergy and I'm a wee bit overweight no matter how much exercise I do there's a certain amount of weight I can lose and then I just stop losing weight
Jumping off of a roof. Of a 4 story building.
And taking the impact.
The mental wall before it, running on an iced up thin ledge, dark emptyness on my left, bad drop on the right.
Footsteps and flashlight beams getting dangerously close, need it to plan it right, when they are turning on the stairs, facing away. Running towards the deep darkness and kicking off hard at the end.
There was a very thin layer of fresh snow around the building, that was slowly falling. Revealing any tracks around the building.
I was trespassing a construction site. Cops came, because of other trespassers happened to be in the same building, that had been spotted.
I needed to make it to the other side of the mound of dirt, a fair bit away from the building. So my landing wouldn't leave a mark on the snow. I remembered there were no tracks on that side of the building.
I landed pretty hard and went into prone sideways roll to keep a low profile. It's hard to predict your path at night, the moment of impact, to compensate for rotation midflight, for wind etc.
8 years of parkour helped.
Quickly crawled my way over to a close by tree. And hanged around there for a while. Waiting for my damage report to arrive. Before moving out.
Probably competing in bodybuilding in general.
When you start prepping between 16-24 week after a long bulk. Not only do you keep the same insensitive and keep hitting new PRs at the gym 5 days a week, you also have the added cardio slowly each week and food decreasing from your meal plan.. body fat is obviously extremely low and vascularity high to show muscles and many pros have their calories as low as 1100 and doing two hour cardio extra a day on top of training. Weighing chicken breast, macros etc is the norm. Your hormones get messed up, period stopps, you have no energy and are always in a bad grumpy mood but winning is worth it. I’d love to. Get my pro card one day and go on to IFBB but hey who knows.. next comp is in July for me
Same intesity*
When you want something so bad you don’t care how hard it is. Just enjoy the process or it’s not for you
@muscularbumblebee pretty good advice. Haven't seen you for a while.
Thanks! And I’m on here daily just not as much as before haha
I’ve never been physically strong, the biggest survival thing I ever had was try to stave alive when doctors did not know what was wrong with me, I believe God kept me alive, cause it took 5 years for them to discover the problem and people with my health history would sometimes die in 3-6 months, your very hard working, biggest thing I ever did as a job was stand for 8 hours a day in retail, but that would be easy for most people.

Walking up two flights of stairs in the full grips of severe anemia. And managed it without a heart attack or stroke or passing out from lack of oxygen generally.
Not really into physically challenging things as much as adventurous. So not sure on B. I would like another biking road trip. They are pretty tough on the body.
Cool military suit bro, now on to your question I probably say the toughest job I done was helping out my dad with the new couch I definitely didn't had fun doing such a job
It’s always those weird activities that make you hold awkward things that are tough.
I set up a pool table and that was awkward and weird.
Carrying couches is also weird
I also think being forced to run as a test is weird I used to dread Wednesday going to school.
6 hr hike up a hill you damn near had to climb with heavy backpacks 3 people spraining their ankles along the way so needing to lean on other people to get up, just to get to a camp site that was only a 15 min flat ground walk from where we started to stay for only 1 night in a bivouac.
I was 13 the first time and had the audacity to go back and do it again when I was 16 🥴
15 mile run in the mountains and by run I mean nearly sprinting with full combat load on a day the temps were over 100+.
You fucking beast.
Not so much any more. I’m far to old to ever do that again. I’d probably fall out after 10 min these days.
4 day cross-country evasion, 110 miles.
14 hour cross-country ruck through the mountains in WV having to navigate with map and compass and weapon, 40 miles.
13 hour cross-country evasion, 35 miles.
6 hour road march, 100lb ruck plus LCE and M16A2, 20 miles.
Toughest thing physically. Learning how to walk again after being run down by a car.
When I was 25-27 years old, I ran five miles every day.
When I was in high school, my friends and I, along with several thousand others, walked 25 miles to raise money for charity. We did that... twice.
Walking two miles back to town after my “date” left me in a field when he kicked the hell out of me and broke my leg.
Holy Shit guy. What kind of whack ass SF shit are you on? And fucking blouse your boots.
For me it's the battle Marches with all the gear.
I’m doing a timed ruck march.
No need to blouse my boots.
I have run six 26 mile marathons. The first one was the hardest.
Once I did 1 hour hiit workout. That was tough. I skipped half of exercises and really struggled with the other half.
Retained myself from killing the pile of shit my wife had an affair with.
But it was your wife that cheated on you……
I never understood why go after the person that DID NOT cheat on you
Especially if you do not know that person.
Oh don’t get me wrong, I blame her for her part in the matter as well, but women are stupid and as a man he should have had more respect for a brother.
He knew us both and he spent 2 years in her ear planting little seeds and talking shit and making her doubt out 10 year relationship. That bullshit deserves some injury.
run,2.4lm without resting for a short while.
very painful.
What are u preparing for spec ops? SF? Cross training into some other branch Ops? If you do 100 mile runs and 50 mile humps for fun you're batty man.
I once had to kill a rabid dog with my bare hands.
@exitseven
I don't know what type of dog it was, but I'd say medium-large. It was brown and looked like this.
Knock down a pool wall plus military training plus bareknuckle fighting this real tough guy
Rode my bike 150 miles.
Damn man, how was that?
Ballet 36 hours a week for 10 years
Said yes to my wife's wanting a divorce.
Too many to count.
I don’t imagine you guys do too much rucking as your MOS.
Sure you do.
I’m jk lol.
You absolute unit.
Oh, you don’t understand what that means? My mistake.
So, basically I’m saying you’re a badass.
I’m back.
I’m ded
