I used them regularly especially the heart monitor and oximeter when working out. I don't tend to use the BP function as I have a calibrated unit at home that is more accurate, although I don't use that regularly as I don't have a problem with blood pressure, yet lol.
I'm pretty much the same as far as feature usage. Some of the health apps are so in depth that it is difficult to figure out where they are getting their readings.
Also, seems like you can connect just about any smart health device to a health app. Make yourself feel like you are getting a complete physical exam. 🤣
I have got one health band. Because it is from Xiaomi, I have limited the permissions the app keeps asking. As a result, I can get bare minimum out of the band. Just the physical parameters, like steps and heart rate. Nothing else. Date and day get synced automatically when I pair it with my phone, so I think they don't count.
I'm kind of the same as you. As many features as I have available, I mainly use the steps and heart rate. I tried sleep tracking but after wearing my watch all day and then while I sleep, I have no battery left for the next day. That is a limitation to the sleep tracking in my opinion.
I use it to check blood pressure, O2 Saturation, heart rhythm, and to predict my periods. (Although the good old calendar still does an excellent job of predicting periods!)
I'm mostly steps and heart rate. I'm going to give sleep tracking another shot. 😊
Oh you have one of those watches you use to count steps! You need to get the motiv! That does SO much more!
They aren’t accurate. I had them tested against my mums nurses basic and advanced equipment. The apps were always off.

I'm old school. I use spreadsheets to record things like my sprint PRs and lift PRs. The apps seem like they dominate our focus too much. I don't like getting so scientific with fitness and health even if it's the smartest and most optimal way. I don't want to optimize it that much. You know, Rocky 4: train in the snow.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/B_9FyTiq3SAI don't wanna be a smart person this way! Throw caution to the wind! :-D
Sorry to say, 'not much'. I pretty much know my heart rate at exercise because I have been doing for many moons. If you 'know' your body, and how it reacts to exercise, you know what it is doing, intuitively. I COULD use more sleep and monitor that more.
I have a CPAP machine for sleep apnea and I check the statistics on an app. It tells me how many times I have stopped breathing and how long I had it on and how many times I removed the mask during the night. Also how good the mask seal is.
Wow, seems quite useful.
Just the step counter on my phone, and the map my walk app.
I don't have a smart watch, I have a lot of different watched that I like wearing.
My SO is the same way. He likes his traditional watches so no smartwatch for him. Thanks for the reply.
My smartwatch tracks my pulse rate, which I often look at.
I'm the same, especially while working out. Making sure I am keeping my heart rate up where it needs to be. Thanks for the reply!
not at all... I don't even have these expensive gadgets either
however, I do have two general check-ups with doctors every year, instead of just one ever few years, that's my preventive care
Not any at the moment I just use it to keep track of my steps
Do you keep track through a watch or something else? I find my watch to be fairly accurate with steps.
Oh, no I don't have a smart watch I just use my phone
Is it pretty accurate?
I think so. I'm not really sure, I never measured the accuracy of the app
Kk... thanks for the replies. 😊
Aww you're welcome 😊
That is just ne more thing to make you worry. Is it to low? Is it to high? Do I need to go see a doctor?
Have you read the stories though when it has saved someone's life? So, I always think better to know than not and get it checked out. May have something to do with working at a doctor's office however.
Never lol i don't trust them they screw up autocorrect why would I entrust anything health related to them
My Fitbit tracks activity, sleep, and heart rate, my scale is Bluetooth and subs to my phone to track my weight, I log my blood pressure regularly.
Not at all. Listen to your body, focus, meditate only YOU can be the master of your health.
Not at all right now.
Get moving then! 😊
I might just have to do that Priya. :)
Good man. 😊
A little. Only to track how far I’ve walked.
I use it for that and heart rate. So many other features I just don't used. I mentioned elsewhere I tried sleep tracking but then have no battery in the morning. 😬
It does work. Tells you when you are moving in your sleep and calculates sleep cycles I guess. Not really sure how it does it but it will. Problem is battery. After a days use and then all night, I have nothing the next day.
Nope. It is a watch so has to be on a charger and not wrist. I am talking about a previous version of the Apple Watch. My new one (current version) charges much, much faster. I might have to give it another shot.
Everyday. Great way to help motivate me too.
I agree. My watch tells me when I am lazy and need to get moving. Thanks for the reply!
How do you track water consumption? I assume a manual input?
I tried sleep tracking but found after a days use and then all night, I had no battery for the next day. I'm going to have to try it again because my new watch does charge pretty quick.
Nice! Thanks for all the helpful info for other users. Much appreciated.
I thought smart devices deteriorate health.
I'm talking about the health tracking lol. Yes, they can work the opposite.
Are they good?
Yeah, my watch does quite a bit to keep track of health things. Also keeps track of my exercise and sleep. I like it.
Sounds good, except for the sleep part
no I alkalize the body no need for health tips
from fake medicine that does not work
I have a health monitor on my iPhone.
I don’t use any.
never, i don't have one that is that smart
Not much
I don't
