If you dont let it go did it keeps you on the same path that you're on and that's the wrong path you have to let it all go and get back onto the path that you were meant to be on there's some things in life we have no control of but there are some things in life that we do and it depends on you and how big of a person you want to be or how free of the person you want to be to let things go I have been through hell and back and the only reason why I got to come back is because I let it go I've had things happen to me that are just unbelievable rude evil and I have to look at it as just that that's who they are you're not going to bring me into their world and I'm not hanging on to any of their bulshit because I want out of their world and that's the only way out of it you never forget but you can let it go and learn from it

I think my son was like five years old we're watching the news and the picture of this guy comes on and he did just beat up this girl and killed her and my son asked me why does God let people like this live in this world and the only thing I could think of at that moment was two teachers who we don't want to be everything we do in life is an experience it's how we handle that experience is what makes us grow and become a better person

No, I honestly haven't. I still hold onto dreams long since dead for the past 15 years now. Like wanting a woman, family, respect, power, etc. I can't seem to let go and move on to the nothing the entire rest of my pointless life now has.

Yes I do. I used to have resentment towards my high school bullies but now I just feel sorry for them. I realized that they were sad kids who felt miserable so they had to bring me down in order to feel better about themselves. They were the problem not me.
It's normal to feel resentment but often it causes more harm than good.

Yes and then no.
Logically I know harboring resentment is a useless weight to carry around. But then I think to let go of it is like to say it never happened, AND IT DID!
So I'm torn. I just try not to let it rule me.
