  Well it's not necessarily fun, it's for flexibility. It's basically stretching. Like before a workout or I do it before dancing or before I teach dancing.

  Good for you, might think of trying that again since stretching is nice but the cost/benefit ratio was inconvenient for me, if that makes sense.

I am a martial artist and I do gymnastics. I can do them. I had a competition with a friend many years ago in my dojo who can get first to a split.
