Used to do TKD years ago and a few girls there could do it, it just takes practice, like just basically stretch and try to do it, lower your self and rest... keep doing that over and over for a long period of time and you will do it :) ... we had to practice these stretches to get our kicks high

I want to, was practicing got pretty close but then progress stopped, also yhe moment i stop training regularry for splits it just goes back to 0 kinda demotivating to start again and again from 0
Yesss I can! Side splits, left leg forward 💪 I stretched all the time and always pushed myself to go further and just told myself I could do it!
I can only do my right split now lol used to be able to do all kinds of splits

The only splits I do now are: banana, 7-10s, and wine.
I can. I started when I started dancing at 12. Now I stretch and do them on a daily basis
