I'm 290lbs/131kg and 5'3/161cm.
I used to go to the gym before, but that was when I was a lot fitter. So now my fitness level is quite low, however I am still able to do more than I thought I could.
But considering my weight (running is a no no right now), could anyone suggest things for me to do in the gym. Especially weight training.
I currently just walk fast on a treadmill and use the cross trainer because I get too nervous about doing anything else. Thanks.
