It depends, certain types of breast cancer are fueled by estrogen. It is a known fact that fat produces estrogen. I would say there is a link, now I am not sure of the percentages. I have very large breasts and my breasts are classified as dense. This means that by breast tissue is so dense that breast cancers can hide and can be missed by traditional mammograms. My gynecologist has listed me being high risk for breast cancer because of breast density.

Why wouldn't you look for some studies that at least followed the trappings of science rather than just soliciting opinions from people who are not really qualified to render such opinions?

Well it doesn’t help , having more tissue is more chances of getting it but larger breasts are harder to get a good read on the mammogram than smaller

Yeah it’s mostly hard to get a good read and gets missed sometimes on larger ones but genetics plays a large part in women getting it

The main cause of breast cancer is smoking and malnutrition in women. Malnutrition covers all people. smoking is an additional substance in women.

Obesity is linked to everything bad thing if obese then they are open to many health risks including breast cancer and don't have to have large breasts to get cancer
