
Does running give you this body?


For that body, it looks like what you’d get if you regularly did 3-Mile runs or 5k runs.
There also looks like there’s a little bit of chest muscle and slight muscle tone in the arms. That can be achieved with push-ups and bicep-curls with 8-10 pound dumbbells.
Since you’ll be running, some core stability would be good too so I’d throw in planks.
Here’s a program for you…
Day-A:
* 3-Mile Run (The faster, the better.)
Day-B:
* Push-ups (As many repetitions as you can in 5 minutes.)
* Bicep-curls with 8-10 pound dumbbells (As many repetitions as you can in 5 minutes.)
* Planks (Hold it as best as you can for 5 minutes.)
[ REPEAT ]
Following this religiously for 90 days should definitely move you in the direction of achieving that body.

Oh yeah, when I said repeat I didn’t mean repeat the day-b workout again on the same day, I meant alternate between day-a and day-b. 🙂

Oh yeah, as for diet, try your best to stick to whole foods, which means unprocessed foods like meats, vegetables, fruits, berries, whole grains, sweet potatoes, etc. Cut out sugar and stick to just water or calorie-free sports drinks.
Oh yeah, I’ve ran every day on concrete before and that can be hard on the knees so try and find yourself a nice rubber track or running trail that isn’t concrete. 🤙
Long distance running. Or long distance walking/hiking.
I’d definitely recommend this body type for dudes, as gay as that sounds. I did the muscle shit, and it’s high maintenance. Longevity is the name of the game.
This is a hell of a lot better than the Dad bod.

Yeah long distance. running is one way to get that body. Muscles tend to stay smaller and lean, however with long distance running you do get lots of calf and hip muscle definition and he doesn’t have that
Height gives you that body. Blend of HIIT and a cardio with weights on the machines is what I do…. No carbs at all
No carbs for how long
My diet is protein in meats or beans…at the end of each after chosen exercise around house too…my calorie intake is 1500.. I’m 6’3 and 190 now SO I have to put some mass on. Still no carbs of any kind and like 2400 calories of protein daily and LOTS of sleep for healing…. Workouts change given purpose.
A lot of distance running would (assuming the right diet), except you'd also have much larger calves. You'd also need to work your core.
What type diet
There is a strong difference between a sprinter and a marathon runner. One gets muscular and the other will get really skinny.
No , long distance runners look different. Almost emaciated. This guys is too fat to be a long distance runner.
so what workout of style running would achieve this and fat? He looks 10-12% boyfriend
eating less than 15 grams of saturated fat and walking for 30 minutes a day gives you that body. or you can eat like a pig and play basketball at a professional level all day almost every day.
If that’s your Dream body then I suggest you get Start ASAP.
What to do?
Yes he's quite skinny. Years ago when i was a runner as my primary sport, i looked like that. I was running like 2 to 5 miles 5x a week. I did half on the road and half on mountain trails.
