you are starving your body and it is doing everything in its power to keep you alive. you have to eat aroumd 1500 to 1700 cal a day to healthily lose weight. eat less than 15g of sat fat and do mild exercise. thats it. thats all you have to do to lose weight. eat mostly fruits and vegatables. whole grain bread. a bowl of cheerios.
I don't think you are counting your calories correctly or measuring your waist in the right area of your body. Measure your waist right above your belly button. Eat about 1500 calories a day, but divide those calories into 6 or 9 meals per day. 500 calories is not enough. Starving yourself makes your body go into hibernation mode and not lose weight. Exercise for an hour everyday, doing something where you are moving your arms and legs at the same time like swimming

Your body is going into starvation mode and storing as much as possible.. it is very unhealthy.. you need to eat more often and smaller portions of a balance of health foods. I eat 6 times a day or every 3 hours.. I'm never hungry and I'm dropping body fat and gaining muscle on a regular basis.
You might want to visit a doctor. If anything it sounds like you are starving yourself. I'm currently overweight and lost 10 pounds in the last 4 months. I'm 6'7 and a guy, so my stats are way different, but 500 calories is breakfast. I also did no exercise, barely left the house. If you are genuine about 500kcal and not forgetting the occasional drinks etc. You may be suffering from a serious disease. So once again I implore you to visit a doctor.
Possibly a thyroid issue. Lowering calories intake helps, but you still need to have energy for your body to burn or else it will take it from whatever muscle and body fat you have which is harmful if done for an extended period of time.
131 is a good weight. You probably don't need to lose more for health or physique reasons in my opinion. If you want to lose more weight anyway, keep doing what you are doing. The law of thermodynamics will prove itself true.
It's not possible to have a 38cm waist. Did you mean inches? If you starve yourself and don't eat anything, your metabolism slows down and it becomes more difficult to lose weight

because you're eating 500 cals a day. your metabolism has crashed, your body is holding onto fat. work out your maintenance calories (there are calculators online) and eat that for a few weeks then go back into a COMFORTABLE DEFICITE! 500 is too low...
Your doing all the wrong things. Go into a -500 calorie deficit and get a solid weight lifting program problem solved. How the duck do you expect to grow on 500 cals a day. Your crazy. That’s literally starving yourself.
I feel you on this. No matter how I eat/workout it doesn't help me lose weight. I have hormonal issue tho so maybe you have something similar or another med problem making it so you can lose.
I think it's too early to see some results. Your body is still adjusting, it took me 4 months of workouts and diets before seeing results. so don't be discouraged. you will eventually see it :)
If your body fat isn't disappearing why don't you try some exercises like the plank or situps because that's a helpful way of removing body fat and to tone your stomach
You're starving your body and it's reacting by conserving what it has. raise it to the level of the Basal Metabolic Rate for your age and height/weight.
if that's how few calories you're eating and you're still not losing weight with exercise then you probably have some kind of thyroid problem. That's so few calories I'm surprised you're not sick on that diet.

When I was a teenager I was 60 pounds for Years till I got older then I Started weighing more I’ll never Be Fat sure glad I don’t have to worry about what you Fat people have to worry about.
If all depends on what you’re eating. If you exercise and consume more greens, grains and healthy fats, you should be good. Reduce the consumption of salt and sugar and your body will start cleansing. I guarantee you will feel better

You are not eating anywhere near enough, what you are doing is extremely dangerous, far more dangerous than being overweight.
This totally irrational behaviour is a clear indicator of a serious mental illness.
You should seek medical help and advise asap.

It also helps if you eat several smaller meals a day. But at 500 calories it would be hard to do.
As some of the others said. If you eat too little your body won’t release the fat.

2. It is also about your quality of diet, not just quantity. The only way to lose weight properly is to eat properly. Are you eating a quality diet?

I'm not an expert, but you're probably actually still over-eating for your height. You need a dietician's advice is all I know. or a Diagnostician.
