Girls, what are some stretching to do before a jog to be less sore after?

I usually stretch after bc that way my muscles are much more warm and I can stretch deeper. I think foam rolling might help with the soreness, also be sure to warm up and cool down before and after the jog.

Nothing special. Stretch my arms, bend down and touch my toes, and kick my megs back

Doesn't matter what you do before if you don't do any after but just like any standard stretches should work
