Is the only effective way to get rid of stretch marks is by laser?

Laser is relatively new Tx for "cellulite". (the scientists are still trying to determine of this was a particular type of adipose tissue- the jury is still out on that one).
The sooner you get Tx for it, the better will be the result.
Before lasers, and even now, one of the better means of managing was with Palmer's Cocoa Butter cream for stretch marks.
From a "physical treatment" approach, the most helpful treatment would be a specialized type of massage called "skin rolling". The skin is taken up in a little roll in the therapist's fingers, and rolled- forward and back- sequentially- in he area being treated.
You might want to try the less invasive "massage and cocoa butter" work before rushing into laser ablation- or laser ANYthing- modalities. I would suggest seeing your ob-gyn for a quick look and their recommendation as to which Tx to follow.
If you ask me, stretch marks are a sign of weight gain, even if that weight gain is very small. The moment you loose the weight you gained, your skin should begin shrinking itself back and the stretch marks should dissappear slowly. There is no need to apply anything special except exercise.
Any one who has gained weight will have seen stretchers on their body. I certainly have them because of weight gain. Pregnant women have them because as the baby grows, their skin has to stretch to accommodate the babies size.
Their is nothing special about stretch marks. They are as normal as anything else that is normal.
You should never feel ashamed of having stretch marks either. I am not saying that you are afraid of them, but just incase you are, never be. That stuff dissappear on its own as long as you work on the root cause.
It doesn't get rid of them, it just makes them look lighter - particularly if they are red or dark. I had it done (I was in for laser hair removal and my lady just threw that in for free) and it made the dark red ones turn more skin colored. Yours probably wouldn't change very much though, that's about what mine look like now.
Not sure if the laser would help. If you have them might as well embrace them cuz most people don't see stretch marks as a flaw. I have a ton under my boobs from pregnancy and I'm thankful that no one can see them but even if they did it wouldn't bother me to much cuz it's just how my body is.

ALL women have stretch marks. Im 35... my 19yo size xs clothes girlfriend has stretch marks and complains about them. Every last girl has them! So seriously just stfu you're no different than any other girl and thats that. There is a medical reason why this is the case. Women have weak skin structures compared to men. Your fibers collapse easily and cause marks. Thats ALL women. So even just growing from a child to an adult will give every last one of you stretch marks. Which is not the case for men.
The ones shown in the picture are totally normal and not bad looking at all. The ones that aren't attractive are like huge thick red ones all over. So if thats not what you got, stop worrying about it.
That is not true at all. Girls don't just get stretch marks from growing. Not all of us have them. I never got any until I got pregnant and that was only under my boobs. I've noticed soo many guys having them especially when they were young teens that worked out often.
Not saying I hate on stretch marks just telling you that not all girls have them
@Apple1996 Im only going off my experience of intimately seeing many women aged 21 and under that are of model shape. Often its in their underthigh area which cannot be seen on your own unless you stick a mirror and bright lights between your legs. This is from normal growing up.
Yes men only get them from obesity or working out. Otherwise men dont get them. Ill assume you didn't get stretch marks under your ass but that still makes 99.9% of young in shape women still have them by age 16.
It's a genetic thing. Women will get them if their moms have them. I looked up some numbers on this after I posted this comment. The numbers on different websites varied but was saying 50-80% of women get them at some point in their lives mostly from pregnancy. 40% of men have them.
And nah I've looked under my ass and don't have them there. Only have a few on my inner thigh and those are very recent from my 3rd pregnancy. If I never had kids I don't think I would have had any stretch marks.
Saying 99% of girls have them is ridiculously untrue tho
@Apple1996 i mean I've been with hundreds of women. I never saw one in my life that didn't have them. Im mostly banging thinner women and those without kids. Plus even more i did bikini and nude shoots with. Maybe its just thin women without kids that have them 🤔 but i think the number of asses I've had in my face im an expert on the topic.
I think, most people only count the ones from pregnancy or similar looking ones they gain from something specific. Im counting ALL even tiny not very noticeable ones as stretch marks too because later we would photoshop them out. So trust me id know how often this happens when its my job.
I think thinner/taller women are more likely to get them if they gain weight or grow. If a women is already naturally thicker then her body isn't gonna need to stretch. Also there is a big part of skin care and healthy like if a woman takes care of her skin and drinks a lot of water she's less likely to get them during pregnancy. I never got those nasty big "Freddy Kruger" strech marks. I definitely feel bad for women who get those cuz it'd be impossible to wear a bikini or show off the belly with having those. That's the stuff that needs laser treatment not what is shown in this pic
@Apple1996 yeah those ones are almost totally different than the ones in the pic or even smaller ones. I don't know how women get those huge monster ones I've never seen any like them up close or even knew someone w them.
If you ask me there’s multiple solutions to every problem It’s just a matter of knowing the right questions and finding the right people while also having the right tools.
That’s it I personally don’t think the stretch marks are that big of a deal but that war or whatever that is should be looked at.
For what it's worth, stretch marks don't turn me off at all, I just view them as natural tattoos that occur as a result of changes in body shape.
I've had them on my arms for a while and I think they actually look super sexy, if I do say so myself😊
Lol those are very minor. If what you're showing is your problem hun you don't have a problem. And don't let anyone convince you otherwise.
Katt williams will shoot ya straight.
Laser typically fixes things, but not always. I have thought about getting lasik for my eyes but i have an astigmatism that's so bad in one eye, that, they told me i wouldn't want to expect 20/20. they didn't say it wouldn't improve, they just said i shouldn't EXPECT 20/20
Embrace the stretch marks. Think of them like stripes on a tiger… I have them too but if a man thinks you’re beautiful, they won’t even notice. So should you ❤️
I agree with this... I don't even notice them on a woman.
@Zolly99999 there you go 😊 @736_switch_blade
that mark on your asscheek should be looked at by a dermatologist to make sure it isn't cancerous
the stretch marks aren't your concern that round looking thing should be your bigger concern. have a biopsy done to make sure it isn't melanoma
I went this May to the dermatologist and paid for it to get it removed he said my skin is so thick that it’s not removing it. Maybe I lost my money on this. He gave me until September to come back but no it isn’t cancerous he confirmed it.
and he ran a biopsy to confirm it?
He did
I don't think you effectively can get rid of them. They do fade somewhat over time.
I have stretch marks all over my body due to my height, so I can emphasize, but it doesn't look too bad, some things you just need to live with.
Thank you but I know they look bad I have to live with it sadly
So say you pay to get them lightened. You are only going to get more. It’s part of being human, so like @Pinay_ako said; embrace your stripes.
I do not know. plastic and aesthetic surgery doctors know better. There are very successful plastic surgeons in Turkey.
Don't worry about them.. some guys don't even notice them. I don't
No. Laser doesn't work. Working out will help cause it tightens the skin
I wish they weren’t permanent my tummy looks so gross with all the lines
try a dermatologist first...
Women will never be free
Dermatologist know best
What is this body part?
It’s her ass
One of her ass cheeks to be exact
I don’t know
@EarthRealm wow

By Fucking you I could get a Micro chip possibly changing my DNA 🧬 from it. That’s why
If you didn’t have a Laser Hole in your ass I would definitely be down to fucking you.
Not hole but a Burn the microchips or Whatever that laser Carries could of transmitted Some sort of gene Altering Radiation ☢️
I don’t Trust drugs or scientist as Far as I can Throw them.
@EarthRealm you sound so superficial and stupid
So Your mad at me because I won’t Fuck you
Well then 😂
@EarthRealm no I’m mad because you base it on a birthmark. Which I’m trying to eliminate.
Don’t lie You said If laser surgery Is the only way to get rid of Stretch marks when you already got the stretch marks and the laser surgery to prove your a liar
It’s not a Birth mark it’s a Burn from the laser
All someone has to do is Zoom in on the photo and it’s clearly a Burn mark from the Laser surgery
You said is the only effective way To get rid of Stretch marks A laser
That just proves your a liar since you said your reason for making the post even though You already got the laser surgery done which means you were out for attention
@EarthRealm I removed the mole with laser. Can’t you see the stretch marks still. You blind
Again you Keep lying and it’s clear you say you wanted To remove the Birthmark now It’s A mole
You keep changing your stories First it was stretch marks then it was a birthmark now it’s a mole
They can't keep their story straight
Of course, completely changing a story from one telling to the next is an obvious sign that someone might not be telling the truth, but even tiny, subtle changes can indicate a lie — for instance, the person saying they did something that doesn't make logistical sense. Feb 9, 2018
Mostly yes
