Why do I hear squeaking noises in my throat?

Imagine the sound of a squeaky door, but higher pitched. It actually sounds almost identical to dolphins. But I’m not doing anything to make it happen

I haven’t heard any voices in a while, at least not ones that I make myself. But the squeak sound, that’s not in my head, I can feel it a little when it occurs

What do YOU meannnnnnnnnN? All artwork of Brontosaurus gives them the traits of sort of a hunchback, base of neck low, and a very overall relatively cartoony body structure. Apatosaurus is basically that, but with a budget increase. The base of their neck of higher up and their body is less amphibious. You do know why Brontosaurus was a thing, right?
