I workout daily for 15-30 minutes at home. I target 10-15k steps a day and I change up my workout daily with at least 2-3 strength training coupled with cardio beforehand. I do toning, hiit and aerobic workouts the rest of the week. I run 🏃♀️ twice a week on the weekends for half an hour and I always workout on an empty stomach first thing in the mornings! How about you?

Right now I do try to go out rollerblading whenever I feel like it and depending on the weather (in the winter it's ice skating⛸️)
Plus I definitely do 3 workouts 5-6 days/week (push ups, glute bridges, planks) they are my 3 main, somedays it turns to a long workout with abs, arms and back workouts added, sometimes it's just those three and a skretching/yoga session and sometimes it's just those 3.
I really try to not stress myself, cause a few years ago I worked out 5 days a week and at some point I overwhelmed myself and also lost the fun and now it's all easy peasy, no pressure and just having fun and being still active

I'm in the gym 4 days a week 2 hour sessions:
Cardio -
Bike machine: 8minz
Treadmill: 8mins
Rowing machine: 8 mins
HIIT -
5 Stations (3 compound stations at least) X 3 rounds: 16mins
Strength training
Pick one compound lift (either deadlifts, squats, pull-ups or dips) x 8 reps 4-5 sets : 20mins
Remaining time I spend signing autographs.

I keep it under 90 minutes a day for the weight lifting... everyday thing. I run, jump, and play with two boys so I guess I get cardio naturally. I'm 40 so I kinda feel sorry for suckers that are already falling apart at my own age. I have to move through otherwise, I won't be tired enough to actually sleep longer than 4 hours at night.

I usually work out at gym twice a week, plus I like walking outside during evening so I do around 7-8k steps each day by that walk, plus I do at least 3-4k steps each day at work.
Last of all, once a week I go hiking on mountain with parents or alone.
I’m not fit and I don’t feel the need for a muscle or strong body, I only try to stay in shape.This was my workout this morning.
I warmed up for 30mins. Quick cardio first
Romanian deadlifts 3x8
Incline machine chest press 3x12
Leg press 3x10
Machine chest supported row 3x12
Dumbbell lateral raise 3x15
Assisted Dips 3x10
Leg kick backs 3x12I run 6 days a week. I need to add things for strength and that like you have and well I do want to start at the gym again but honestly to nervous to do so.

WOW!😳 Good for you! That's a GREAT routine! Since Covid-19, I've been a couch potato, but but I used to train long distance: 5K and 10K, even doing a half-marathon.
For obvious health reasons, I have to start training again.I do sports a couple times a week... that's how I stay healthy and fit

Low impact for me as I injure easily. I prefer floor exercises (no gym fee). I'll channel the tiger from now on. He does look a bit resentful of lions getting all the jungle creds.
