I workout daily for 15-30 minutes at home. I target 10-15k steps a day and I change up my workout daily with at least 2-3 strength training coupled with cardio beforehand. I do toning, hiit and aerobic workouts the rest of the week. I run 🏃‍♀️ twice a week on the weekends for half an hour and I always workout on an empty stomach first thing in the mornings! How about you?
