Hear me out, okay?

-We all know that you cry when cutting onions. That happens because you take in the smell from nose and eyes as well, while cutting up the onions.

-We all also know that this effect can be nearly nullified if you are having chewing gum when cutting up the onion. I have tried it, it works. You just need 2 to 3 packets of chewing gum chewing at a time.

Hear me out, okay?

BUT HERE IS THE THING THAT I NOTICED---

Every time I wake up and immediately go to cutting onions after cleaning and all, I noticed that I do not get tears, unlike when I fully freshen up, bathing and all.

I say, that the liquid that engulfs our eyes in the night helps us not get tears when cutting up the onions.

And as you may notice, after washing up and everything, the layer formed in the night seemingly gets washed off. And as a result, the odor can easily initiate the tears mechanism in the eyes.

Have you tried it out? What do you think about the behavior that I mentioned?
