Is exhaustion contagious if it is based on an illness?

Both my dad and I had severe exhaustion today, I got my mother to climb the stairs to drop off my pre made food cause I was too tired to climb down the stairs and back up again, a 3 hour nap helped me recover and my dad also had extreme exhaustion today. Like the last time I was this tired I think was 7 years ago when I was climbing uphill to get back to our car after a downhill climb.

I know yawning is contagious. So is puking. Biologists saw the same behavior in apes. When one yawns, they all yawn. When one pukes, they all pule because they usually share the same food source and will regurgitate as a precaution.

I have been so exhausted at times I fall asleep at my desk with my hand on my mouth and eye looking at my monitor. I am even thinking that I am working.

Exhaustion is a symptom with many possible causes, including infectious disease. Symptoms are not contagious. Some infectious diseases (e. g. Covid, influenza, monkey pox) can be transmitted from person to person, others (e. g. malaria) cannot.
